Recognized as one of Greater Cleveland's top suburbs, we're blessed with a prime location, easy access to highways and all the big-city amenities anyone could ever need.

And yet we also proudly remain an oasis from some of the usual drawbacks of suburban living. You'll find no garish strip malls or oversized commercial signage in our city. Instead, we cling to the rhythms of an earlier era, a hallmark of our legacy as a part of the original Western Reserve. Pepper Pike represents gracious living, close to everything.

The city's unique blend of convenient location, easy highway access, safety, excellent schools and abundant amenities hasn't gone unnoticed. Twice in a recent four-year stretch Cleveland Magazine has named the city to the top spot in its annual "Rating the Suburbs" feature. In 2006, the magazine called our community a "suburban heaven."
