Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Pepper Pike will hear comments for and against the requested variance. The comments will be held on the 19th of April, 2021. A variance of Zoning Code Section 1266.03 pertaining to permitted uses in U-2 Districts has been requested by Medina Creative Housing on part of the Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland property, 2600 Lander Road. The Planning Commission meeting will convene at 7:00 p.m. and the comments will be heard after the variance is presented.
