The City of Pepper Pike’s Building Department is responsible for administering and enforcing the City’s Building and Zoning Codes.

The purpose of these Codes is to ensure and protect the value of housing, public safety and welfare by properly maintaining properties in the City.

Building Inspector, Nino Monaco and his staff are ready to serve the residents of the City in any way they can. Please contact our Department for any questions regarding Permits, Contractors, Registering of Contractors, Landscapers and Snowplowers. We may also have your house plans on microfilm if your home was built after 1970.
