IMPORTANT NOTICE: REQUIREMENTS HAVE CHANGED !

It is again time to renew your landscaper and/or snowplower's license for the City of Pepper Pike.

Click here for the application (in PDF format) and tax form to be filled out and returned to this office with a self addressed stamped envelope. Please take note that the application has changed and must be filled out completely in order for a license to be issued. If the application is not filled out it will be sent back along with your check and you will not be licensed until it is returned completely filled out.

Not only has the application changed, but we are also requiring a certificate of insurance. If you are a snowplower, you must have the snow removal rider.

We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you of Ordinance No. 2001-36. This ordinance states: If the applicant has engaged in landscaping and/or snowplowing business within the City without a valid license, the license fee shall be twice the amount. The cost of a license this year is $35.00.

Just a reminder that last year's license is no longer valid after December 31.
