The following rules apply to weekly collection:
No curbside collection: Garbage and recycling should be placed either outside of the garage or at the threshold to the garage with the door up by 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled collection day. We will not enter the garage. We cannot return for missed rubbish.
The driveway must be accessible. We will not enter the driveway if there are vehicles (cars, trucks, vans, etc.), or other items (riding mowers, trailers, toys, etc.) blocking access or in proximity to the rubbish.
All rubbish MUST be inside plastic refuse bags and tied. Loose rubbish in the bottom of a can or in a pile on the driveway will NOT be collected. Rubbish bags shall not exceed 35 gallons and 40 pounds. Rubbish containers are not required; however, it is recommended to use them to avoid attracting animals. Containers should be 35-gallon cans or smaller, and be equipped with tight-fitting lids.
Rubbish is limited to 10, 35-gallon bags per household per week for collection.
- Rubbish may be dropped off at the Service Department from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
