The purpose is to provide an opportunity for voluntary reporting of such persons with “special needs” due to mental or neurological disabilities who reside in Pepper Pike, by the person themselves or an adult family member or guardian, so that those with special needs who require special assistance in an emergency or in interactions with PPPD are identified to PPPD, to increase the department’s ability to meet those needs.
